PhoneMeter | ||||||||
A telephone call starts when the caller lifts a handset off the base. This closes an electrical switch that initiates the flow of a steady electric current over the line between the user's location and the exchange. Often, especially when calling long-distance and overseas, we disregard how long we have been on the line and how much was billed on that recent call. This pages aims to help everyone to discipline a long-distance call. |
